Annual Fund

Our Annual Fund Drive closes on July 31st. We invite you to help us meet our goal today!

_______

Dear Families and Friends of CLS,

As the summer is now officially upon us, Centreville Layton School is quickly approaching the end of its fundraising year – July 31. I am reaching out on one of the longest day of the year to ask you to support the Centreville Layton School Annual Fund.

Annual Fund dollars are applied solely to programs and allow our teachers to best provide vital support and services to our students. In order to deliver the very best support services and academic programs to our students, we are in continuous pursuit of the very best and latest instructional materials and training. Annual Fund dollars enable us to acquire and integrate these tools and implement the newest teaching strategies and research based instruction into our classrooms and labs.

Along with our “specialists” – Occupational Therapists, Reading Specialists, Speech Language Pathologists and our Clinical Psychologist – our teachers provide a team approach to support our students’ individual needs and to provide targeted skills work. They also work together to instill confidence and develop self-advocacy skills in furtherance of our students becoming active learners as well as good citizens.

I am asking you to help us reach this year’s Annual Fund goal (or, even better, go beyond it!). While we are extremely excited and thankful for the participation in the campaign thus far we still have a bit of ground to cover to meet this year’s goal. To date we have raised almost 85% of our target. With just six weeks left, we ask that you help us bridge this gap and show your support through participation. Regardless of the amount, your gift will make an impact on our program and provide our students and teachers with the very best instructional tools to facilitate success.

For those who have already given to this year’s Annual Fund – Thank you!! If you are in the process of making a gift – Thank you in advance! For those contemplating making a gift – please commit and help us reach this year’s goal!

Best,

Barton Reese
