Hi CLS Families and Friends,

We’re turning back the clock and turning up the volume—Adult Prom is coming back to Centreville Layton School, and this year’s theme is MTV Generation! Get ready for an unforgettable night filled with your favorite throwback hits, bold fashion, and all the nostalgic glam.

Join us for an evening of music, dancing, and community, all in support of Centreville Layton School. This event is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and every dollar raised directly supports our programs, students, and mission.

February 28th, 6:00pm

What to Expect:

🎵 MTV Generation Theme – Dress in your favorite look from any decade, including the ’80s, ’90s, or early 2000s. Big hair, neon, grunge, glam—anything goes!

🎤 Live DJ & Dancing – Relive the days of TRL, music videos, and MTV icons.

💎 Silent & Live Auctions – Bid on exclusive items and experiences, all benefiting CLS.

👑 Prom King & Queen Competition – Want the crown? Entries are cast through donations, and all proceeds support the school.

🍸 Food & Drinks – Enjoy a fun, adults-only night out with great company.

Whether you loved your first prom or want a do-over, this is your chance to celebrate, connect, and help make a difference for our students.

Thank you for helping us continue to provide the very best for our learners. We can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!

The difference is clear

Our son learned the valuable skills of teamwork, patience and perseverance during his time at Centreville Layton as well as the academic strategies to move forward into a typical high school setting. Centreville Layton strikes a great balance of family-like warmth and discipline in a beautiful country setting.

Former Parent

This past year has been completely transformational for our daughter and her positive strides have been noticeable both at home and at school. She is growing into the best version of herself and her teachers at CLS have played a significant role in her progress.

This year, I’ve learned to understand that acceptance is greatly appreciated but difficult to find. Compared to where I came from, CLS houses some of the most accepting people that I’ve ever met. I am thankful for every little act of kindness shown towards me or even towards another student. They have not gone unnoticed.

We’re prepared for this because we’ve learned how to work hard, solve problems, be independent, happy, responsible and kind to all.

The support from my teachers taught me not just reading and writing, but to embrace who I am, to learn from my mistakes and grow because of them.
